Launching a Tech Firm to Market Leadership & Acquisition
Palisades Technology Partners (Now a part of IBM)

Goal:
Palisades Technology Partners wanted to change its informal status as the financial services/technology market’s “best-kept secret,” and position itself as the industry’s leading provider of eLending platforms for the mortgage and related products industry.

The privately-held company also sought to further grow its market position through attraction of strategic partnership, merger or acquisition opportunities.

Approach:
Stephenson Group assessed the “platform” of market differentiators that Palisades brought to the financial services sector:  a high-performance eLending solution, a satisfied leading industry customer (Ditech.com) and the thought leadership of offering a flexible service-oriented architecture (SOA) technology that allowed lenders to quickly upgrade their lending performance while still working within their existing origination infrastructure.

Stephenson Group designed and launched a campaign publicizing Palisades' superior technology performance, as credibly endorsed by Ditech.com’s case study of loan origination volume, revenue performance and internal productivity results.  Stephenson Group also partnered this campaign with an industry thought leadership initiative that educated lenders about the reliability, performance value and cost-effectiveness of the SOA technology approach.

Results:
Within the first month of service, Stephenson Group had secured interviews/case study coverage with the industry’s leading publications:
